Integrations · Through Keragon
Send PreviewMD leads to your EMR through Keragon.
Keragon is an automation platform built for healthcare, SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA, and its directory lists 450+ healthcare systems. PreviewMD hands it every preview lead. Your workflow decides where that lead goes.
PreviewMD
New preview lead
Your Keragon workflow
Your subscription. Your BAA.
One lead, however many destinations you build.
Why the route runs through somebody else.
A direct connection to every practice system in the country is not a thing any company our size can honestly promise. Keragon already built them.
Your practice holds the Keragon subscription and the BAA, not PreviewMD.
Your workflow decides the destination, the field mapping and what happens next.
The systems Keragon reaches cover the EMRs, CRMs, schedulers and ad platforms practices run.
Nothing about your PreviewMD setup changes if you switch destinations later.
How the hand-off works
01
Copy your connector key from the Integrations tab in your PreviewMD dashboard. One key per practice, and you can rotate it whenever you like.
02
In Keragon, start a workflow and pick PreviewMD, New lead as its trigger. Keragon asks for the key, and the workflow registers itself.
03
Every captured lead fires that workflow the moment it happens, and your workflow creates or updates the record under your own subscription and BAA.
PreviewMD is listed in Keragon’s marketplace.
Start a workflow in Keragon, pick PreviewMD’s New lead trigger, and paste your connector key when it asks. Build several and each one registers itself, so every workflow receives every lead.
On the listing
Trigger: New lead, the moment a patient submits their details
One connector key per practice, rotatable from your dashboard
As many workflows as you want, each delivered independently
No actions, by design. PreviewMD sends leads out and never reads anything back in.
Where the line is
Say what the connection actually is.
It is not a direct integration.
Keragon sits between PreviewMD and your system. We will not describe this as a native connection, because the day something breaks you need to know which company to call.
Your practice holds the BAA.
The Keragon subscription and the agreement are yours. PreviewMD is not a party to them. The only data crossing is the lead’s name, contact info and the procedure previewed.
Keragon bills you separately.
There is no free tier. Keragon published plans from $149 a month when we checked in August 2026, and it invoices your practice directly. We do not resell it and we do not take a cut.
Questions
Questions.
Does PreviewMD integrate with Keragon?
Yes. PreviewMD is listed in Keragon’s marketplace: add the app, paste your connector key, and build a workflow off the New lead trigger. Every workflow you build receives every captured lead.
Who holds the BAA?
Your practice does, with Keragon, under your own subscription. PreviewMD is not a party to it. PreviewMD never stores patient photos, so the only data crossing to Keragon is the lead’s name, contact info, and the procedure they previewed.
Is this a direct integration?
No, and we will not describe it as one. Keragon sits between PreviewMD and your system. GoHighLevel and the universal webhook are the two connections PreviewMD makes itself.
What does Keragon cost?
Keragon sets its own prices. Its pricing page listed plans from $149 a month, or $99 a month billed annually, with a standard BAA on every plan (keragon.com/pricing, read August 2026). There is no free tier. That subscription is separate from PreviewMD, we do not resell it and we take no cut. If you would rather not add another subscription, GoHighLevel and the webhook both connect straight from PreviewMD.
What if my system is not on Keragon’s list?
Then a webhook is the answer, straight from PreviewMD to whatever accepts an inbound post.
