What about HIPAA and patient photos?
A photo generates the preview and then it’s gone; we never store patient photos or health information. Nothing of the patient’s sits on our servers, so the privacy conversation with your patients stays simple.
How realistic are the previews?
The AI behind each procedure is fine-tuned with a double board certified plastic surgeon who has spent more than three decades in practice, and it’s tuned separately for male and female patients. The bar is an anatomically correct result a surgeon would recognize as achievable. Individual results vary, and the preview says so to patients: the surgeon’s consultation stays the authority on what’s possible.
How long does installation take?
One script tag, pasted once. WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, custom builds, frankly any site. Signing up and dropping the script on your site takes minutes.
Who owns the leads?
You do. Leads deliver the moment they’re captured, straight into the system you already run: native GoHighLevel, a webhook, or 450+ healthcare systems through Keragon. The full list is on the integrations page.
Which procedures does it preview?
Two simulators are live: facelift, which covers the facelift, neck lift, and brow lift changes patients ask about, and breast augmentation. You choose what your widget offers: toggle procedures on and off from your dashboard and it shows patients only what you turn on. See every simulator we offer on the simulators page.
What happens if I use all my included previews?
Nothing turns off. Once you’ve used your plan’s included previews, extra previews are $1 each and the widget keeps running. Every lead still delivers.
Can the practice down the street get this too?
By default, yes. If you want your market locked, territory exclusivity exists as a private upgrade: one practice per market, available only where the market is unoccupied, quoted on a call. No plan requires it.
